Tomaž Berločnik, MSc
Tomaž Berločnik, (born in 1968) holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in economic sciences. He started his career during his studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering where he founded, together with his friends, the company »RVS d.o.o.« (Informatics in Mechanical Engineering). After he had finished his studies he joined the then RS Fund for Development as project manager for the reorganisation of companies. Mr Berločnik held a number of positions including: Chairman of the Management Board of Donit Tesnit d.d., Chairman of the Management Board of Istrabenz d.d., Member of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Elan Skupina d.o.o..
On 10 January 2011 Mr Berločnik was appointed Chairman of the Board of Petrol.
Mr Berločnik is responsible for the following areas:

- capital investments,
- foreign markets,
- sales,
- marketing,
- purchasing,
- logistics.
Janez Živko, MBA
Jani Živko, MBA (born in 1973) completed his MBA studies (a course in managerial finance) in the United States (University of Denver, USA). His professional career began at Merrill Lynch in the US and continued at ACT Teleconferencing Denver, USA, as head of finance, accounting and controlling. In 2002 he was employed in Gorenje, d.d., first as finance management director, later taking on the tasks of deputy management board member in charge of finance and economics. In 2009 he became the managing director of the company Gorenje Nederland B.V.
Mr Živko is responsible for the following areas:
- finance,
- accounting,
- informatics,
- corporate services
Rok Vodnik, MSc
Rok Vodnik, MSc, (born in 1970) has a master's degree in business administration. His career began at the company Avtotehna-Canon. He was then employed by the Kolektor Group, where he was in charge of projects in the area of informatics, internationalisation and analysis. In 1999 he left for the US, where he led the establishment of a retail company Comtrade USA and a manufacturing company TKI Inc. In 2002 he took over the position of executive director in charge of marketing and sales at the Kolektor Group, where he served as a member of the Board.

- energy
