Supervisory Board discussed report for the first three months of 2013

Ljubljana, 15th May, 2013 - At its 1st meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana discussed and approved the Report on the Petrol Group’s and Petrol d.d. Ljubljana’s results for the first three months of 2013.

Petrol Became Owner of Nafta Geoterm

Ljubljana, Lendava, 10th May, 2013 – Today, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana became the 100-percent owner of Nafta Geoterm d.o.o. from Lendava. Over the next two years and a half, about EUR 4.5m is projected to be invested in the development of Nafta Geoterm’s activities and creation of new jobs.

Change of the date of the Supervisory Board's meeting

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby notify that the meeting of the Supervisory Board, scheduled in the financial calendar for year 2013 to take place on 16th May 2013, will already be held on 15th May 2013. All public announcements will be made in accordance with the new date.

Ljubljana, 22nd April, 2013 – The newly elected Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana held its first meeting today. Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), the members elected the President and Deputy President of the Supervisory Board.

Petrol participated in the Investment Conference of the Prime Market in Ljubljana

The Investment Conference of the Prime Market organised by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was held in Ljubljana on Thursday, 18th April, 2013. As in the previous years, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana also took part in this event. Besides Petrol, also other Slovenian companies of the Prime Market participated at the event. The Investment Conference is organised with the aim of presenting Slovene issuers to domestic and international portfolio investors.
