Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana Appointed the Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana appointed three Management Board members for a five-year term of office. On 11 February 2020, Nada Drobne Popović, MSc began her term of office as the Director of the Management Board, while the term of office of Management Board members Matija Bitenc, MSc and Jože Bajuk, MSc will start on 11 March 2020.

Matija Bitenc holds a bachelor's degree in economics as well as a master's degree and an FCA licence.

Jože Bajuk holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in sociology.

Danijela Ribarič Selaković, MSc will resume her work as a Management Board member until the above two Management Board members assume the position. Management Board member and Worker Director Ika Krevzel Panić’s term of office ends on 10 December 2020.

Nada Drobne Popović resigned as Member and President of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana.
