Ownership structure
There was a little change in the ownership structure of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana in the first three months of 2013 in compare to the end of 2012. The largest individual shareholder, with 412,009 shares, is the Slovene Indemnity Fund, followed by Kapitalska družba d.d. with 172,639 shares. Other major shareholders are NLB d.d., Istrabenz d.d., GB d.d., Kranj, Vizija Holding k.d.d., Vizija Holding Ena k.d.d., Hypo bank d.d., Nova KBM d.d. and Češkoslovenska Obchodni Bank A.S. - F.
At the end of March 2013, there were 140,044 shares held by foreign legal entities and private individuals, which represents 6.71% of the total. There were 36,148 different shareholders at the end of 2012, but this number fell by 0.7% to 35,879 at the end of March 2013.
Petrol d.d., Ljubljana did not repurchase any treasury shares in the first three months of 2013. Petrol held 24,703 shares in treasury at the end of March 2013, equivalent to a 1.2% interest in the registered share capital.
