Petrol d.d., Ljubljana notify the interested public that, based on the information received on 7th May 2009 from "Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d.", on 7th May 2009 this company disposed of 126,365 shares (6.06%) of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, which were acquired from Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d., on 3rd April 2009.
