Following the resignation of Tomaž Beločnik from his function as member of the supervisory board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, at its meeting of 17 March 2010 the supervisory board named an nomination committee comprising Tomaž Kuntarič, Alenka Čok Pangeršič, Franc Jamšek and Samo Gerdin. The committee will propose candidates for a replacement member of the supervisory board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana by 23 March 2010. The term of office for the new supervisory board member will be from 6 May 2010 to 7 April 2013. The invitation to candidates is published on the company's website at www.petrol.si.
