New Term of the Members of the Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana

At its 7 meeting held on 8 May 2014, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana reappointed Mr Rok Vodnik and Mr Janez Živko, the current members of the Management Board, for the next five-year term of office as of 30 August 2014.

The Supervisory Board favourably assessed the work of the current members of the Management Board. In the opinion of the Supervisory Board a good cooperation between the Supervisory Board and the Management Board exists, which is based on mutual trust and business objectives, in line with the vision and expectations of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana.

The Petrol Group will carry out its mission through its core business activities: oil trading on thedomestic, SE European and EU markets, energy activities including the sale and distribution of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heat and electricity, and energy and environmental solutions.The Group will be active on the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.
