Notification on managers transactions

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Journal of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19 and 123/21), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the notification on transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities at Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the PETG share, which the Company received on 4 January 2024.
