Geoplin d.o.o. Ljubljana is 99.81% owned by Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, which holds 100% of the voting rights. The company is also the sole owner of Geoplin d.o.o., Zagreb and Geoplin Italia S.R.L., and holds a 25% ownership interest in Zagorski metalac d.o.o.

Core activities

Supply and trading of natural gas, and acting as an agent and intermediary in the natural gas market. Securing reliable supply through diversified procurement sources, as well as transport and storage capacities.

Operations

In 2025, the company generated a net profit of EUR 22.1 million. As at 31 December 2025, its equity stood at EUR 163.0 million.
