Meeting of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana in its new compositio
Ljubljana, 22nd April, 2009 - Today, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana met for the first time in its new composition. Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), the members elected the President and Deputy President of the Supervisory Board.
At the 18th General Meeting of Petrol d.d, Ljubljana, held on 7th April 2009, Bruno Korelič, Tomaž Berločnik, Tomaž Kuntarič, Urban Golob and Žiga Debeljak were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. The term of office of a member of the Supervisory Board, Viktor Baraga, who was also President of the Supervisory Board, expires on 16th July 2009. At today's meeting, Viktor Baraga filed his resignation as Supervisory Board Member. On 16th July, Dari Južna will fill this position of a new member of the Supervisory Board. Besides the representatives of capital, the Supervisory Board also consists of three employee representatives: Samo Gerdin, Franc Premrn and Andrej Tomplak, whose term of office commences on 22nd February 2009.
At today's meeting, the members of the Supervisory Board elected Tomaž Kuntarič as President and Bruno Korelič as Deputy President. They also elected new members of the Audit Committee and the Committee for Personnel Issues and Management Board Performance Evaluation.
