Independence of Members of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby notifies the interested public that Tomaž Kuntarič, Bruno Korelič, Irena Prijović, Dari Južna, Urban Golob, Žiga Debeljak, Franc Premrn, Andrej Tomplak and Boštjan Trstenjak - Members of the Supervisory Board of the company, have signed statements in which they take a position with respect to fulfilling independence criteria (in accordance with the applicable Corporate Governance Code).
