Notice of Disposal of a Significant Shareholding

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana notifies the interested public that, based on the information received on 16th February 2011 from NLB d.d., on 15th February 2011 NLB d.d. and its subsidiaries, disposed 84,299 shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana (designated as PETG), representing 4.040% of voting rights. After the disposal on 15th February 2011, 126,365 shares designated PETG remain in the ownership of NLB d.d. and its subsidiaries, representing a 6.056% share in the issuer's capital.
