Additional Explanations at the General Meeting

At the 21st General Meeting of Shareholders of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, the association »MDS Društvo - Mali delničarji Skupaj smo močnejši«, raised an issue of claims against SCT d.d. Ljubljana. Janez Živko, Member of the Management Board explained that as of today, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana has claims against SCT d.d., Ljubljana worth EUR 1.2m, fully secured by mortgages and registered for composition proceedings. Since the beginning of composition proceedings, the companies have not been engaged in any business co-operation, so that the claims may only increase by possible amounts of interest. In the case of bankruptcy of SCT d.d., the Management Board estimates possible additional impairments in the maximum amount of EUR 2m.
