Announcement of Petrol Group's Estimated Results for the first six months of 2011

The Petrol Group is estimated to have sold 1.1 million tonnes of oil products in the first six months of 2011, up 1% from the same period of the previous year and in accordance with the plan. Revenues from sales of merchandise amounted to EUR 215 million, 5% above the figure achieved in the same period of 2010 and in accordance with the plan. At the end of June 2011, the Petrol Group operated 444 service stations, of which 313 in Slovenia, 81 in Croatia, 38 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 6 in Serbia, 3 in Kosovo and 3 in Montenegro.

In the first six months of 2011, the Petrol Group operated 30 gas supply concessions. In the first six months of 2011, the Petrol Group is estimated to have sold 63.7 million m3 of natural gas, up 7% from the same period of the previous year and exceeding by 5% the planned quantities and 25.3 thousand tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas, up 13% from the first six months of 2010 and 9% less than planned. The Petrol Group is estimated to have sold 517 thousand MWh of electricity, exceeding by 203% the quantities sold in the same period of the previous year.

The Petrol Groups net profit generated in the first six months of 2011 is estimated to exceed EUR 20 million.

The Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana will discuss the report on Petrol Groups results for the first six months of 2011 at its meeting scheduled to take place on 25th August, 2011. After the meeting, the complete report will be published on the companys website and on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange SEOnet.
