Invitation to Candidates for a Replacement Member of the Supervisory Board
After the resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana in August 2011, the Supervisory Board continued to operate composed of eight members. The Human Resource and Board Evaluation Committee, as a permanent committee within the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, is responsible for carrying out the procedure and proposing to the Supervisory Board a candidate/candidates for a replacement member of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, with a term of office from 24th May, 2012 to 7th April, 2013. The Annual General Meeting 2012, to decide (among other things) on this issue, is scheduled to take place on 24th May, 2012. The invitation to candidates to submit their applications is also posted on the companys website http://skrci.me/HLz0g, where forms are available for candidates to be completed and enclosed to their applications.
The Human Resource and Board Evaluation Committee invites all interested candidates to submit their applications. The candidates must meet the conditions set out in The Criteria for Defining the Profiles of New Supervisory Board Members, and other conditions pursuant to the Companies Act (ZGD-1). The applications must reach the address of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, Supervisory Board, Human Resource and Board Evaluation Committee, Dunajska cesta 50, 1000 Ljubljana, by Thursday, 15th March, 2012 inclusive.
The Committee is expected to have two meetings after the closing date for the submission of applications. At the first meeting the received applications will be reviewed and a shortlist made; at the second meeting interviews will be carried out and proposals to the Supervisory Board prepared.
