Presentation of Petrol at the Institutional Investors’ Conference in Zuers, Austria

The Institutional Investors Conference, organised by Raiffeisen Centrobank, is taking place between 11th and 14th April, 2012 in Zuers, Austria. Petrol d.d., Ljubljana is also participating in the Conference, presenting itself with presentation and at individual meetings with investors. Besides Petrol, around 60 companies are presented at the Conference, among others the following prominent companies: PKN Orlen, MOL, Unipetrol, OMV, Verbund, EVN, CEZ, etc.

At the group presentation and at the individual meetings with investors, the Petrol Group, its business operations in 2011, its goals for 2012 and strategy until 2016 were presented by Janez Živko, Board Member, and Barbara Jama Živalič, Head of Risk Management.

Below we present some goals of the Petrol Group for 2012, additionally shown in the Presentation:

• Gross profit of EUR 347 million,
• Total equity and reservations of EUR 455 million,
• Net debt of EUR 537 million,
• Net debt to equity ratio 1.2,
• Natural gas sales 115 million m3,
• Electricity sales 1,461 million kWh.
