First meeting of the newly selected Supervisory Board of Petrol

Ljubljana, 22ndApril, 2013 The newly elected Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana held its first meeting today. Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), the members elected the President and Deputy President of the Supervisory Board.

At 23rdGeneral Meeting of Shareholders of Petrol d.d, Ljubljana, held on 4thApril 2013, Igo Gruden, Matija Blažič, Irena Prijović, Tomaž Kuntarič and Klemen Ferjančič were elected Members of the Supervisory Board Shareholders Representatives for a four-year term commencing on 7thApril 2013. Dari Južna, Member of the Supervisory Board whose term of office expires on 16thJuly, 2013, will be superseded by Mladen Kaliterna whose term of office starts on that day. The Supervisory Board also consists of three Employees Representatives Ika Krevzel Panić, Zoran Gračner and Andrej Tomplak. Their four-year term of office started on 22ndFebruary, 2013.

Tomaž Kuntarič was elected as President of the Supervisory Board, and Irena Prijović as Deputy President of the Supervisory Board. The Members of the Supervisory Board also elected new members of the Audit Committee and the Human Resource and Management Evaluation Committee.
