Notification of the Request Received from the Securities Market Agency

On 22.11.2018 Petrol d.d., Ljubljana received a letter from the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) dated 21.11.2018, in which the Agency invites Petrol d.d., Ljubljana to give a reply to the investor's request (Mustand Energy Limited, Nicosia, Ciper) to be stated that due to the sanctioning of suspension of voting rights in Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, the exercise of these voting rights is prohibited in accordance with the Takeover Act. This applies to the shares owned by the Republic Slovenia and the related companies.
