In the month of giving, Petrol gave away a Ford EcoSport Active
After Petrol presented Zlatko Gap with a Ford Puma in May, a new winner of the Petrol prize competition was announced on Monday, 15 November 2021. The main prize this time was the Ford EcoSport Active, received by Aleš Fabjan during the month of giving. The keys to the new car were presented to the winner on Thursday, 2 December 2021, by Mojca Avšič, Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Petrol, and Tomaž Oblak, Director of Sales and Marketing at Summit Motors Ljubljana.
On Thursday, 2 December 2021, the formal handover of the striking Ford EcoSport Active took place at the Summit Centre in Ljubljana. This is the car that Petrol's customers and members of the Petrol Club, who took part in the autumn edition of the Q Max Prize Competition, competed for. In the prize competition, which took place between 1 September 2021 and 10 November 2021 at all Petrol points of sale in Slovenia, where the condition for participation was refuelling at least once with Q Max fuel in the value of at least 25 euros, the odds this time were in favour of Aleš Fabjan. When he found out that out of 300,000 receipts, his was drawn, he initially thought it was a scam: "When I received a call from Petrol, I didn't quite comprehend what exactly they were calling me for. After a few minutes, it finally hit me and I returned the call. It was only then that I realised that the car was mine. I have participated in sweepstakes several times before but never won anything. This is a perfect Christmas gift".
The keys to the new car were presented to him by Mojca Avšič, Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Petrol, and Tomaž Oblak, Director of Sales and Marketing at Summit Motors Ljubljana. Mr Oblak said: " Summit Motors and Petrol are pleased to be able to present the main prize, a Ford EcoSport Active, during this holiday month. The joys of winter will be even more exciting with the EcoSport Active SUV. We sincerely congratulate Aleš Fabjan for winning the main prize, and wish him many safe kilometres."
