Your personal data provided in this form will be processed and used by Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska c. 50, Ljubljana for the purpose of studying or preparing a proposal of an offer / contract relating to sponsorships, and will be kept by Petrol d.d., Ljubljana until the above-mentioned purpose of personal data processing has been fulfilled. The data will be processed on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1.b of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation. In the event of failure to conclude the contract, the data will be deleted at the latest within one month of submitting them. Should the contract be concluded, your personal data will be kept in accordance with the deadlines stipulated in the contract. Your click, timestamp, web server log files (e.g. IP number – a number assigned to a particular computer or other electronic device) will also be kept for the purpose of providing proof of your submitted enquiry. At any time, you can request a confirmation that Petrol processes your personal data and that the processed data are presented to you. You have the right to obtain your personal data and forward them to another data manager. You may also request a restriction on personal data processing, object to personal data processing and automated decision-making in certain cases.
