Service stations
Modern service stations have evolved far beyond their initial purpose of supplying fuel for vehicles. Today, they offer a wide array of services designed to enhance the comfort and convenience of both drivers and passengers on the move.
Delivering such wide array of services requires a high level of professional competence from employees, as well as precise and preventive maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure.
Service station staff perform regular checks at key operational points to ensure uninterrupted service, safe working conditions, and early detection of potential issues. Safety instructions are clearly available to all visitors and stakeholders. For any additional clarification or support, they can always turn to our friendly and knowledgeable staff for assistance.
Through responsible work practices, continuous monitoring, and open communication, we create a reliable and safe experience—every day, for everyone.
Fuel depots
The Petrol Group operates multiple petroleum product and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) depots across the extended region. Given the specific risks associated with these operations, strict adherence to preventive measures is essential. In line with Petrol’s code of conduct, safety, health, and environmental protection are not merely obligations—they are the core values of our work.
We recognise our responsibility toward employees, visitors, and the local community. Accordingly, we consistently implement safety measures at all depots to prevent any sources of ignition, ensure that all personnel and visitors are properly trained and qualified, and strengthen safety culture. We expect everyone to follow the rules, maintain open communication, and report any potential risks immediately. It is only through shared commitment and efforts that we ensure the safe operation of critical infrastructure.
Before arriving on site, all visitors must familiarise themselves with the key safety rules and watch the mandatory safety video. Access to the fuel depot is permitted only upon prior notification.
If hazardous work is performed, site-specific safety measures must be coordinated, an appropriate work permit must be issued, and special safety precautions must be implemented in advance.
We are committed to building a safety culture that goes beyond minimum legal standards, placing the safety of people and environment first. This can only be achieved through consistent adherence to safety instruction, mutual respect, and dedicated work.
Announcement of visit at a fuel depot
Before you visit, please complete the electronic arrival form to announce your visit. Access to the depot may be denied if your arrival is not properly announced beforehand.
Once your electronic arrival form has been successfully submitted, you will receive basic visit information; upon confirmation, you will also be provided with additional safety instructions and any required documents. This is to ensure that every visit is properly planned, safe, and fully compliant with internal procedures and applicable legislation.
Safety video
Before entering any fuel depot, all visitors must familiarise themselves with key safety risks and procedures. To support this, we have prepared a short safety video that highlights the most important measures and demonstrates the correct procedures for fuel transfer.
While we encourage you to watch the video before your arrival, it is mandatory to watch it again immediately before entering the depot premises. This ensures that every visitor is fully familiar with the safety protocols, contributing to a safe and responsible visit.
