Petrol among the most reputable Slovenian employers

This year, for the ninth time, the MojeDelo.com jobs website has given awards to the most reputable employers. One of the recipients was Petrol, which was recognised as the most reputable employer in the energy, utilities and water and supply sector. The company was also named third most reputable employer in the country overall. The award was picked up on Petrol’s behalf by Nina Potisek, director of the department responsible for people, organisation and systems and of Petrol’s human resources division.

At the Brdo pri Kranju conference hall on Thursday 5 December, MojeDelo.com, Slovenia’s largest jobs website, held its ninth awards ceremony to recognise the country’s best employers. The award was picked up on Petrol’s behalf by Nina Potisek, director of the department responsible for people, organisation and systems and of Petrol’s human resources division.

Petrol was recognised as the most reputable employer in the Slovenian energy, utilities and water and gas supply sector, and the third most reputable employer in the country overall. “We are delighted and proud to have been among the top employers in the country for several years now. We have been among the most reputable employers in the trade sector every year, and in first place in the energy sector for the last two. These awards are confirmation to us that we are doing the right things and moving in the right direction,” said Alena Črne, head of recruitment at Petrol, upon receiving the award.

More than 19,000 respondents took part in the survey, which measured their knowledge of companies as employers, whether they would consider a company as a potential employer, companies’ desirability or reputation as employers, whether they would apply for a job at a specific company, and the most common associations they made with certain employers.
