Standing together by standing apart: we have refreshed our logo
Petrol joins the initiative started by Slovenian designer, Jure Tovrljan, with his viral redesigning of popular logos. He has also refreshed our logo, together with AV studio.
So we have replaced our logo on all Petrol websites with the ad hoc version created as a response to the #the200challenge global initiative. The initiative calls for companies to increase the space between characters in their logos to 200 units. 200 units symbolises the 200-centimetre physical distance that is recommended to prevent the Coronavirus infection from spreading.
Petrol is thus communicating, also in a symbolic way, that standing apart actually means standing together, and that we remain the energy for life for all our customers, even in times like these.
