Acting responsibly when visiting Petrol service stations

When visiting our service stations, your safety and our safety is the priority. So we kindly ask you to follow some simple rules when you visit a Petrol service station.

To stop the spreading of the Coronavirus, Petrol has already introduced several preventive measures: we have closed our car-wash services, suspended Fresh food catering, limited working hours of some service stations, ensured safe serving of Coffee to go, and protected employees by installing safeguard panels at service station cash points.  

We are also asking you, our visitors, to help us contain the Coronavirus. When stopping at our service stations, please follow some prevention rules that we have prepared for common protection, in line with instructions from the National institute of public health. There will be a series of posters and messages giving warnings about the introduced measures, from LCD displays to ads on Radio Petrol.

Wearing a protection mask and gloves is mandatory

 A new regulation requires the wearing of a protection mask and gloves in closed public spaces, while also keeping a safe distance. So we kindly ask you to put on gloves and appropriately protect your mouth and nose, using protection like a mask, scarf, or a handkerchief. 

Fewer customers concurrently

In order to protect the health of our customers and employees, we have limited the number of people who may simultaneously enter our service stations. The number of visitors is thus limited to one person per every 15 square metres. How many people may simultaneously visit a service station is indicated on posters in front of the entrance.  

Code of conduct at our points-of-sale

Enter only if you feel well. If you experience a fever, sneezing, coughing, or difficulty breathing, please stay at home. Keep a distance of at least 2 metres from others, especially those who are coughing or sneezing. Do not shake hands! Cough or sneeze only into your sleeve or a paper tissue. Discard the used paper tissue immediately.
