Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation No 596/2014 on Market Abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19, 123/21, 45/24, and 77/25), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the notification on transactions by Members of the Management and Supervisory Boards of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the PETG share.
