Ljubljana, 15 January 2026 – On 15 January 2026, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana successfully completed the legal and formal process of merging its subsidiary, E 3, d.o.o., into the parent company, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, upon the adoption of the relevant decisions by the competent registration authority. As a result of the merger, E 3, d.o.o. has ceased to exist as an independent legal entity, while Petrol d.d., Ljubljana has become its universal legal successor, assuming all rights and obligations of E 3, d.o.o. The merger was executed in compliance with legislative requirements.

Following the completion of the legal merger, all activities and services previously performed by E 3, d.o.o. are now conducted within Petrol d.d., Ljubljana and exclusively under the Petrol brand, as the E3 brand has ceased to exist following the finalisation of the merger.
